Say what you want about Jack Black. Few, if any, leading men in movies are as willing to abase themselves on camera with such garish high spirits. Something in Black's agitated swagger and warped seemliness appeals to the insolent slob in all of us and makes "Nacho Libre" a plausible star vehicle.
