Eric Resnick writes: When I was a child, I loved the original King Kong film from 1933. The stop-motion photography and the unforgettable scream of Fay Wray are still with me to this day. Peter Jackson felt the same way about Kong. While he used the film as the inspiration for what could be considered one of the most amazing film repertoire of the new millennium, I went to work for the government selling tomatoes.
