Richard writes: 1933's King Kong is coming to the legendary Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood, CA. Friday, Dec. 16th to Sunday Dec. 18th will be dedicated to Hollywood's first special effects/monster movie smash hit "King Kong" beginning with "The Son of Kong" and "I'm King Kong-The Exploits of Merian C. Cooper" on Dec 16th, followed by "Mighty Joe Young" and of course the grand-daddy that started it all, "King Kong" on Dec 17th, with two screenings at 8:00pm and 10:15pm. The 1933 King Kong Collectible DVD sets will also be available, Bob Burn's intro to the screenings, trivia and more!
