HOLLYWOOD — Anyone who has ever spent more than five minutes with Andy Dick has probably questioned the over-the-top comedian's sanity. But for his latest film — and directorial debut — the former "News Radio" star is milking his oddball behavior and taking it straight to the big screen. Although still tentatively titled "Danny Roane: First Time Director," the movie has already wrapped shooting and is in the final stages of post-production.
