Here is a note for you, the oversize card we are giving away over there is slightly different from the one we gave away in the US. The mention of DecipherCon 2001 has been removed and replaced with information of the TCG Leagues that will be starting up soon."

Time: The adventure contained in this game box should take a couple of hours for you to play. This time, the time you and your friends experience as you play, is called "real time." During those few hours of real time, your characters could spend several days adventuring. That time, the time your characters experience, is called "game time." White Dwarf Magazine: LOTR Article
Berendir @ 7:09 pm EST

The latest issue of White Dwarf Magazine (Games Workshop's monthly magazine) came to me this morning and I was thrilled to see 37 WHOLE PAGES devoted to the new Lord of the Rings table top board game. It had painting instructions for Men of Gondor, High Elves, and Moria Goblins. They were very clear precise and easy to follow. It had pictures of many more models including Uruk-Hai, Gonorian Spearmen, Nazgul, and Aragorn with a torch. Also there are desingers notes, rules, The Ring Poem, and 28 things from Sideshow W.E.T.A. There are 2 pages about how to build Balin's Tomb, and a whoping 14 page battle report between Elves and Orcs.

Thanks to Penguin Dude from the Gaming Board for alerting this to our attention.

If anyone has the article please send scans Here.
